Migration from Stocky

Does Replen replace Stocky exactly?

Replen covers the core features that Shopify merchants used in Stocky: purchase orders, stock receiving, low stock alerts, and reorder suggestions. It is built specifically for the post-Stocky world and goes further with PDF generation, email sending to suppliers, barcode scanner support, and sales velocity forecasting.

Do I need to re-enter all my suppliers?

You can import your suppliers via CSV in one click. Download the template from the Import page, fill it in with your existing data, and upload it. Your suppliers will be created instantly.

What happens to my purchase order history from Stocky?

Replen starts fresh — it does not import historical POs from Stocky. Your product and inventory data stays in Shopify as usual; only the POs you create in Replen going forward are stored in Replen.

Features

How does the barcode scanner work?

Replen supports USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners (the kind used in warehouses). When receiving a delivery, open the receiving page for your PO, connect your scanner, and scan each item. Replen identifies the product and increments the received quantity automatically. A sound confirms each successful scan. No app or camera needed — it works with any standard USB scanner.

How are reorder quantities calculated?

Replen analyzes your last 90 days of Shopify orders to calculate a daily sales velocity for each product variant. The suggested reorder quantity covers your supplier's lead time plus a 14-day safety buffer:

  • Suggested qty = (lead time + 14 days) × daily velocity − current stock
  • If the result is negative, the product has sufficient stock and no suggestion is shown
Does Replen support multiple Shopify locations?

Yes. You can select which location to use for stock receiving in the Settings page. When you receive a delivery, Shopify inventory is updated at that specific location.

Can I manage multiple suppliers for the same product?

Each product variant can be linked to one supplier at a time with a unit cost and minimum order quantity. When creating a purchase order, Replen shows the supplier's products with their prices pre-filled.

Does Replen work with product bundles or kits?

Not in the current version. Replen works at the variant level (as Shopify stores inventory). Bundle management is planned for a future release.

Pricing & account

Is there really no credit card required for the trial?

Correct. You start a 14-day free trial directly from your Shopify admin. Shopify handles the billing — no credit card is required until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin.

Are there limits on the number of suppliers or purchase orders?

No. Replen Pro is a flat $29.90/month with no limits on suppliers, purchase orders, products, or SKU count.

What Shopify plan do I need?

Replen works with all paid Shopify plans (Basic, Shopify, Advanced, Plus). It does not work on a free trial store.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Your Shopify inventory data is never modified when you uninstall — it stays in Shopify. Replen's own data (suppliers, purchase orders, receptions) is deleted from our servers within 48 hours of uninstallation, in compliance with GDPR.

Can multiple team members use Replen at the same time?

Yes. Anyone with staff access to your Shopify admin can use Replen. There are no per-seat fees.
